Hey monkeys! It's that week again, what week, this week, the week of our weekly MiniMonos Monkey of the Week! A weekly thing on the Go Bananas Blog where a monkey from our 250,000+ monkeys is chosen for just being an active monkey around MiniMonos and standing out is some sort of way! This week's Monkey of the Week is quite and active monkey, and that monkey is....

This week we're on the hunt for the next funniest monkey on MiniMonos island. This week we're not looking for jokes... we decided we wanted to do something different to help us find the funniest monkey.
So, this week we're looking for the trickiet, funniest, tounge twisters you know!

Our LATEST Treehouse of the Week!

This week's treehouse of the week belongs to a monkey who was a winner of the Design a Treehouse Item contest! His idea was a new type of treehouse for MiniMonos monkeys! You can see a picture of his design here.
Hehe have you figured it out yet? It's a PYRAMID! How cool! Because his design was one of the winners, it was made into a new item on MiniMonos!
This week's Treehouse of the Week belongs to... Tapmancs!

Check out the cool monkey hieroglyphs on the walls of Tapmancs' pyramid! I love the way he's decorated it, too! You can see he put the posters a bit lower so the carvings on the wall aren't covered! Awesome job, Tapmancs!

Hey monkeys! The latest Monthly Masterpiece, a contest every month with a certain theme to it, has now been released! So, check out all the details:

The MiniMonos Monthly Masterpiece is back with a new challenge for you! Summer is starting for many monkeys so this month we've decided what our theme is going to be: A MiniMonos Summer!

Objective:  Create a video, drawing, sculpture, painting, poem, story or anything else artistic to show us the best summer ever...on MiniMonos!
This is your chance to get creative, the theme is very open so try to be as creative and original as possible!
Here's the catch...your entry has to relate to being eco-friendly :)
Deadline: All entries must be in by July 22, 2011!
Prizes:

• 1st Place: 100 shells on MiniMonos!

New Monkey of the Week!

Hey monkeys! It's that time of the week again where a monkey is selected, for standing out of the crowd of monkeys by doing something like doing an eco-project, participating in contests, commenting on blog posts on the Go Bananas and Party Master blog, and so on! But this week's Monkey of the Week is,

... really special! The monkey we have chosen for Monkey of the Week worked very hard, and has shown us why she deserves MOTW. Just like you, this monkey plays in world and loves to hang out with her monkey friends! 
Let's give a HUGE congratulations to.... Tater Tot!!!!
Tater Tot has gone above and beyond to show us she was deserving for Monkey of the Week!
